- Traffic Violations: Any violation of vehicle laws that occurs while the vehicle is in motion by the driver, including driving over the speed limit, failure to use a turn signal, failure to stop at a stop sign or red light, etc.
- Violent Crimes: Infractions in which an offender uses or threatens force upon a victim. The four offenses: murder and non-negligent manslaughter, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault.
- Weapons Charges: Weapons charges entail crimes committed with illegal possession or unlawful use of a weapon. Repercussions include prison time and paying fines.
- White Collar Crimes: Nonviolent crimes committed with the intent of financial gain by business and government professionals: fraud.
